Hey, I’m Bret. Real estate is both my passion and my profession. When I entered the industry in 2012, I was excited and eager to learn. Fast forward to the present – that same excitement and eagerness remain.

As a native to Charlotte, not only am I intimately familiar with the area, I remember when bustling areas were just farmlands and a simple caution light. However, being from Charlotte only gets me so far. To properly represent clients, I always have my ears to the ground since the real estate market is constantly changing, as well as the city and surrounding towns.

My experience working for remodeling and inspection companies provides added insight when making the best decision for your future investment.
